Restoration of Concrete Sidewalks, Driveways, Aprons, Curbs and Sites Affected by Water Main Breaks and Replacements for Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority, Levittown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania Contractors desiring to bid shall have the experience of successfully completing at least three (3) similar size projects in the last three (3) years. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or a Surety's Consent and a Bid Bond payable to Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The said Surety shall be bound to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, thereafter required on the specified Bond Forms included in the Contract Documents. Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality, or to accept any proposal deemed to be most favorable to the interests of the Authority. No bidder may withdraw their bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the bid opening.
