Furnish & Supply Ferric Chloride - Water Treatment Plant. All Contractors desiring to bid shall have the experience of successfully completing at least two (2) similar size projects in the last five (5) years. Each bidder will be required to submit, with his/her bid, the completed Qualification Form contained in the contract documents. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or a Surety's Consent and a Bid Bond payable to Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The said Surety shall be bound to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, thereafter, required on the specified Bond Forms included in the Contract Documents. Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality, and/or to accept any proposal deemed to be most favorable to the interests of the Authority. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
