The Town of Greenwich Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Marine and Facility Operations (M&FO) Division of the Department of Parks and Recreation, is soliciting Bids for M.V. Island Beach Vessel Maintenance and Repair Services. The Town's Department and Contractor shall be responsible for monitoring projects exceeding $100,000.00 and ensuring compliance with Paragraph 4 of the Service Agreement Contract, Performance Maintenance and Payment Bond. The Service Agreement Contract will have an anticipated initial term of one (1) year, December 01, 2024 November 30, 2025. In addition, there will be four (4) optional years that may be engaged through the mutual consent of both parties on an annual basis.
