Foothill Transit is issuing this Request for Qualifications No. 25-001A (RFQ) seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms or individuals to provide design-build services and work for the Arcadia/Irwindale Hydrogen Fueling Infrastructure Project(Project). This RFQ is the first step in the procurement of a design-build contractor (Contractor) in accordance with California Public Contract Code 22160-22169. The Scope of Work for the Project includes the following design-build services to deploy a hydrogen fueling station at Foothill Transit's Arcadia/Irwindale facility to fuel FCEBs: (1) project management, (2) preparation of the final design documents and acquiring all necessary permits, (3) procure all required equipment and construct the station in accordance with the final design documents (4) develop and execute on a comprehensive commissioning plan and complete station validation testing, (5) conduct safety training for first responders and Foothill Transit staff and operations training for Foothill Transit staff, and (6) maintain and support the station for a duration of three years.
