Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services to construct a 2,222 gross square foot radio station. Work shall include wall demolition, new HVAC, fire sprinklers system, fire alarm system, electrical, acoustical insulation and wall framing. Estimated Construction Cost of this project is $1,419,000.00 (Base Bid) Contract Time: 140 days. The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractor's license at the time of submission of the Bid: B General Building.
