Reference Number 0000361910 Preliminary Engineer's Estimate: $125,000 This project consists of Americans with Disabilities (ADA) upgrades at the Slack Street Entrance to Community Park in the City of Poway. Construction of a new ADA pathway, access ramp, handrails from the end of Slack Street to the existing walkway inside Community Park. Construction surveying and staking will be provided by the Contractor. The Contractor must obtain a Right-of-Way Permit from the City, at no cost, before construction begins. General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required - License Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % -- No bid will be received unless it is made on a bid form which is included as part of the Special Provisions for the project. Each bid shall be accompanied by cash or a cashier's check or a certified check, or a satisfactory bid bond issued by a California admitted surety insurer in the form as included in the bid documents, in any event in an amount not less than 10% of the total amount of the bid.
