Senior Center Patio and Slab for Pavilion. Scope of Work The City of Norwich is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors for site work and installation of a stamped concrete patio and a stamped concrete slab for a pavilion at the Norwich Senior Center located at 8 Mahan Drive. This project entailsthe removal of an existing patio approximately 525 square feet in size, constructed with interlocking 16-inch by 16-inch blocks, and the removal of an 18-foot by 10-foot 6" concrete slab. The Contractor shall prepare the subbases and bases for the patio and slab for the pavilion and grade the site as shown on attached plan and install approximately 2,040 square feet of stamped concrete for a new patio (including a walkway), along with approximately 884 square feet of stamped concrete for a pavilion slab. (Note: The pavilion itself is not part of this contract.) The Contractor is also responsible for installing approximately 150 linear feet of curtain drain at the location specified on the attached plan. Additionally, the Contractor shall excavate a trench 70 feet in length and install two 2-inch PVC conduits for future electrical use. Site grading shall be executed as indicated in the plan. The Contractor shallsupply the plants specified in the landscape plan. Plant installation shall strictly conform to the landscape plan. The Contractor shall apply loam,seed, and mulch to all disturbed areas as outlined, utilizing a prairie nursery 'No Mow' lawn seed mix on the slop
