A. Section Includes 1. Work of the Contract is shown and described in Drawings and Project Manual entitled St. Margaret's Accessibility Improvements Town of Red Hook August 2024 T&B Engineering and Landscape Architecture, P.C. Rhinebeck, New York 2. The Work includes the following major items: a. Unclassified excavation and soils management b. Concrete ramp and landing c. Bluestone and brick finishing d. Asphalt ADA parking space and access aisle including top course, binder, and gravel e. ADA Parking striping f. Bollard parking sign g. Loam & Seed Disturbed Areas The work consists of constructing an ADA accessible walkway, ADA concrete ramp, ADA asphalt parking space with an access aisle. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. A bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall include a 5% bid bond. The successful bidder will also be required to provide performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the value of the contract. The time period for holding Bids is 45 days after opening of Bids.
