Governing Board of the Solano Community College District ("District") is inviting sealed bids for the Fairfield Campus Building 800 EMT and Nursing Renovation Project. To bid on this project, the Bidders will be required to possess the following California State Contractor's License(s): A - General Engineering Contractor or B - General Building Contractor. Independent site visits must also be conducted by potential bidders during bidding period. Technical questions must be submitted, in writing by no later than 10:00am on, Wednesday, September 4th, 2024 to Jason Yi via email at jason.yi@solano.edu. Renovation of three spaces in Building 800 to support the EMT and Nursing program; Rooms 808, 809 and 811. Scope of work will include, but may not be limited to, demolition of existing dry wall, removal of vinyl wall coverings and wood trim, patching and painting of existing dry wall, installation of new drywall, including texture and painting, relocation and installation of new electrical circuits, installation of new countertop, replacement of light fixtures, relocation of existing projectors and projection screens, removal of existing ceiling tiles and replacement with new ceiling tiles. Scope may also include flooring replacement for select rooms. Please review the Project Manual/Specifications and Construction Drawings for full scope of work.
