The Douglas Municipal Pool Renovation Project includes partial demolition of the existing pool, remove and replace circulation and filtration equipment, replace slide pump and piping, construct new approximately 2500 Sq Ft pool including new gutter system and decking, construct approximately 1000 Sq ft. splash pad, and additional play features and site amenities. Each Bid must be submitted on the Bid Form, accompanied by Bid security, as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders, payable to the City of Douglas (OWNER) in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount Bid. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional Bond(s) for the faithful performance of the Work, as prescribed in the Bidding Documents. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ENGINEER in writing Question Deadline 08/30/2024
