PROJECT: White Mt Ranger Station Roof Repair Inyo National Forest The Forest Services is seeking the services of a General Contractor to repair a leaking flat membrane roof on the White Mt Ranger Station building. The Ranger Station building is a double storied building with a roof area of approximately two thousand square feet (2,000 ft2). The existing roof is white in color and has several HVAC units mounted on the roof surface. Work associated with this contract includes, but is not limited, to the following: 1) Contractor shall conduct a visual inspection of the entire roof to identify areas that need to be repaired. 2) Contractor shall pressure wash the entire roof to remove any existing debris on the roof surface and expose all roof areas that need to be repaired. 3) Contractor shall coat all seams, corners, and areas around the HVAC units with a siliconebased repair sealant. 4) Contractor shall coat the entire roof with silicone-based roof coating. 5) Contractor shall conduct a final visual inspection on the outside and inside of the building to ensure that all leaks have been successfully repaired.
