The DBE goal percentage established for the project is 13%. The project requires coordination with utility companies for relocation of utilities and with adjacent property owners for conforms and access. This project is funded by federal funds and therefore is subjected to federal guidelines as noted in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall be responsible for complying with all federal requirements and for completing and submitting all necessary forms required under this contract.
