Total mandatory participation 22.3% Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% SCOPE OF WORK: Construction of AC Water & Sewer Group 1049 consists of the installation of approximately 26,796 linear feet (5.08 miles) of replace-in-place, realigned, and new 8-inch, 12-inch and 16-inch water main and installation of approximately 3,223 linear feet (0.61 miles) of replacein-place and realigned 8-inch and 10-inch sewer mains, and rehabilitation of approximately 2,458 linear feet (0.47 miles) of 8-inch and 15-inch sewer mains. Related work includes potholing, water and sewer main abandonment, replacement of water services and laterals, fire hydrant installation, traffic control, street resurfacing, curb ramp installation, traffic striping, and construction best management practices (BMPs). 1.1.
