Small Business Participation Requirement: 13.4% Minority-Owned Business Participation Requirement: 13.4% Women-Owned Business Participation Requirement: 17.3% This is a Prevailing Wage Project, the Budget is: Up to $350,000 including any combination of Alternate Bids. A surety in the form of a cashier's check drawn on a solvent financial institution, and made payable to the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, in the amount of 10% (Ten Percent) of the total amount of the bid including any alternates, or a bond in the amount of 100% (One Hundred Percent) of the total amount of the bid including any alternates must accompany each proposal as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into. The surety must be submitted with the bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a corporate surety bond, made payable to the Board of County Commissioners, Hamilton County, for one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the contract price as a guarantee for the faithful performance thereof.
