Burleigh County Road 10 197th Street NE to 236th Street NE Roadway Improvements Proposed work includes Roadway Milling, Hot Mix Asphalt, and Incidentals. All materials and procedures shall be in accordance with the current NDDOT Standard Specifications for Road & Bridge Construction, dated April 2023 and all supplemental material. Bid packets shall consist of two separate envelopes a large envelope and a small envelope (plainly marked as Project 0168 Burleigh County Road 10 197th Street NE to 236th Street NE Roadway Improvements on the outside). The small envelope shall contain a current copy of Contractor s License and 5% Bidder s Bond and be secured to the outside of the large envelope. The large envelope shall contain the bid on the County s bid form. The successful bidder must submit evidence of general liability insurance coverage prior to award of bid. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids; to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be determined to be in the best interest of the County.
