REFERENCE NUMBER: 47PJ0024R0023 PROJECT TITLE: Water Damaged Lobby Ceiling Repairs, Bismarck, North Dakota DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED WORK: The purpose of this project is to repair an opening that was drilled as well as repaint the ceiling's surface at the William Guy Federal Building/Courthouse/Post Office located in Bismarck, North Dakota. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: The estimated price range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS CODE AND DESCRIPTION: 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $19.0 million TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This procurement is set aside for award to qualified small businesses.
