All requirements, including but not limited to services and Scope of Work, should be verified by Proposer prior to submission of Proposal. Specifications/Scope of Services/Scope of Work. The reconstruction will need to occur based on the remediation. Owner anticipates that there may need to be revisions to any Proposal, once remediation is completed. Owner plans on reusing any materials that can be cleaned to meet the Colorado standards. However, Owner anticipates that all porous materials may need to be replaced. For example, wood doors and cabinets that cannot be remediated.
