Quotes will be received at the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA), for the Senior Grant Program Construction Rehabilitation Services for the property located at 2674 RAYMOND AVE, ALTADENA, CA 91001. The Contract is between the property owner, LACDA, and Contractor.
