Reference Number 0000333855 The Altadena Library District (ALD) is currently seeking proposals from interested, highly qualified and experienced Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning firms to provide professional Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for the District. This includes but not limited to emergency repairs, non-emergency routine preventative maintenance as well as scheduled repairs. ALD has two (2) locations which require HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Repair services: Altadena Main Library, located at 600 E. Mariposa Street, Altadena, California has three (3) package units, one (1) split unit, and one (1) Siemens Jace N4 Controller. Bob Lucas Memorial Library, located at 2659 Lincoln Ave, Altadena, California has One (1) package unit. A valid, current, and in good standing State of California Contractor's License, Class C-20 Warm-Air HVAC Contractors license issued by the California State Contractor Licensing Board. A copy of the contractor's license number and date of expiration shall be included in the submitted Proposal. Failure to produce and possess the specified license will render the Proposal as non-responsive Budgeted for $20,000 annually *Altadena Library District reserves the right to reject any proposal if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Proposer fails to satisfy Altadena Library District that such Proposer is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to complete the work specified.
