The City of Pasadena is procuring video detection camera systems for three (3) signalized intersections. These intersections are currently operating without detection or with aging detection infrastructure, such as ground loops, microwave, or old camera systems. A total of 11 video detection cameras plus associated software, hardware, components, and 1000 feet of camera cable are required to update the detection systems at the three (3) intersections. Vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian count data, communication status, and travel time data will be collected and presented through the software of the video detection camera systems. Any changes shall be in the form of addenda and will become a part of the bid documents and of the contract. Addenda shall be made available to each Bidder or Proposer. A Bidder's or Proposer's failure to address the requirements of the addenda may result in the response not being considered. If the City determines that a time extension is required for the bid, the addenda will give the new submission date.
