As part of the Department's continuing efforts to expedite project delivery and completion of infrastructure projects citywide, Public Works will be utilizing the construction services of contractors on an as needed basis through the use of task order contracts. One solicitation for a low-bid TOC for Micro-Surface roadway construction in support of the IMP preservation by contract program. The consultant's construction estimated for this contract is: $3,500,000.00 The City of San Antonio point of contact for this solicitation is Procurement Specialist II, Hannah Haifa, Hannah.Haifa@sanantonio.gov The Deadline for questions is scheduled for January 11, 2024, at 4:00PM (CT). It is understood and agreed that the work is to be substantially completed on or before 180 calendar days. This project does not include hazardous environmental work. This project requires 0 project signs. Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Program Compliance - Respondents shall meet the subcontracting requirements as stated on 050.01 Form and on the Subcontractor/Supplier Utilization Commitment Form posted with this solicitation on the City's website. The Subcontractor/Supplier Utilization Commitment Form will be determined off of the base bid amount. Bidder shall meet the prevailing wage rate requirements established for this contract and shall reference the wage decision posted with this solicitation on the City's website.
