As of January 9, 2024 project was not yet been awarded. Project is expected to be awarded on January 24, 2024. PN-0108.10, 0201-008-04 Fry Creek Restoration & Flood Reduction Phase 1. The Project consists of the following: removal of in-water and bank debris, bypassing flow of Fry Creek, dewatering the work area, removal of culverts and select utilities at Pacific and Aberdeen Avenue, excavation of bank slopes, installation of concrete box culvert at Pacific Avenue, construction of a sanitary lift station, bank stabilization, grading and paving, curb and sidewalk installation, storm water drainage improvements, construction of a pedestrian foot path, invasive species removal, and revegetation. The work proposed includes all the necessary permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor, and related items to construct all improvements shown in the contract documents. The City of Aberdeen has obtained the required permits from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Nationwide Permit 27) and the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife Hydraulic Project Approval. The contractor is responsible for submitting and obtaining the Construction Storm water General Permit Coverage through the Washington State Department of Ecology. Est.
