The Project includes the following Work: two new 500,000 gallon ground storage tanks, disinfection systems, and appurtenances. A. Install two new 500,000 gallon AWWA D110 Type 3 Precast Wirewound Prestressed Concrete storage tanks. B. Install two new chlorination systems and fiberglass buildings. C. Install yard piping and appurtenances. D. Demolish existing steel ground storage tanks, appurtenances, chlorine buildings and other associated improvements. All listed iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term "iron and steel products" means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and construction materials.
