Panola County Courthouse New ADA Ramp and Site Drainage Repairs, Carthage, Texas Estimate: $300,000 - $350,000 The project consists of all work associated with the exterior improvements of the existing Panola County Courthouse in Carthage, Texas. A new ADA accessible ramp will be required to tie the existing front sidewalk coming from S Sycamore Street to ground floor level. A new french drain will be required along the East facade of the building, tying in the existing downspouts with the new french drain. The project will include new concrete ADA accessible ramp, new steel handrails, french drain and associated connections to existing roof drainage downspouts. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Question Deadline 12/08/2023 at 12:00 PM CT Time of Construction: 120 Calendar Days Liquidated Damages: $500 per Calendar Day Contractors will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations, all Federal, State, and local regulations for construction safety and health standards, and all statutes and regulations and local ordinances relating to the performance of construction related services. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The successful Bidder must commence work upon issuance by Owner of a written Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any formality in the Bids received. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty-(60) calendar days after the date on which they are opened.
