The project consists of rehabilitating two (2) existing 36-inch pipelines with Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) Liner, implementing and maintaining a temporary wastewater bypass for approximately 14-16 million gallons per day (MGD) of projected dry weather flows--including installation of cables in existing electrical duct bank conduits located on the SBWRP site, followed by demolition of the existing East Influent Siphon Structure, and construction of a replacement East Influent Siphon Structure along with other associated work as shown in the specifications for Specification No. 1821 At minimum each bidder shall demonstrate the following required experience: Successfully implementing three (3) projects within the last five years of similar scope and cost. Required experience projects must be for a sanitary sewer collections system or a wastewater treatment plant. Potable water treatment plant experience will not be considered qualifying. Firm must have been continuously in the construction business for a minimum of 10 years. The bidder is solely responsible for on time submission of their electronic bid. The Department will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an ebid confirmation number with a time stamp form the Bid Management System indicating that bid was submitted successfully. Transmission of bids by any other means will not be accepted. Bidder shall be solely responsible for informing itself with respect to the proper utilization of the bid management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for the stability of their internet service. Failure of the bidder to successfully submit an electronic bid shall be at the bidder's sole risk and no relief will be given for late and/or improperly submitted bids.
