Required experience projects must be for a sanitary sewer collections system or a wastewater treatment plant. Potable water treatment plant experience will not be considered qualifying. Firm must have been continuously in the construction business for a minimum of 10 years. The bidder is solely responsible for on time submission of their electronic bid.
