San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health is seeking proposals from interested and qualified organizations and agencies to provide a proposed plan for the provision of Withdrawal Management and Residential Treatment services. This Request for Proposals (RFP) will be an ongoing procurement. The Contract period will be for a five (5) year period beginning on January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2028. Currently, the projected allocation for this program is approximately $17,346,064 annually or $86,730,320 for five (5) year period. Questions regarding the contents of this RFP must be submitted in writing on or before 12 noon (local time) on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 and directed to the individual listed in Section I, Paragraph E, facsimiles and e-mails are acceptable. The subject line of the facsimile (fax) or email must read: RFP DBH 23-22. All questions submitted timely and in writing will be answered and both the questions and answers will be posted in the County’s ePro system.
