The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (District) is pleased to announce the opportunity to provide transportation planning services for the Purisima Multimodal Access Project at Purisima Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve (Purisima or Preserve). This scope of work includes key tasks the District has identified to date. Consultant teams are asked to include these baseline tasks in their proposal and also to identify and list separately any critical missing tasks, and associated fees, deemed essential to complete the project. Unless otherwise noted, assume two (2) rounds of review (three weeks for each round) for all deliverables in Task C, and that deliverables described below will be compiled into a final report. A project timeline of 12-18 months is assumed, however coordination with the District's CEQA project team will be needed to understand the project team's highest priority deliverables to have a complete CEQA project description. The selected firm will identify what elements can be completed in tandem with the remaining CEQA project deliverables Specific questions related to the RFP must be submitted in writing to the District by November 8, 2023 at 3:00 PM, via email to Brittany Wheatman, Planner II at bwheatman@openspace.org. Answers will then be distributed to all teams. Additional and updated information will be provided to the teams via Periscope or email.
