Paving Project for Alice Drive, Phaeton Drive, Leland Drive & Pound Road BONDING REQUIREMENTS Each offeror shall submit with their response a Proposal Bond with a good and sufficient surety or sureties company licensed in South Carolina, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Proposal amount. The Proposal bond penalty may be expressed in terms of a percentage of the Proposal price or may be expressed in dollars and cents. This is to be uploaded under "Response Attachments" in lieu of hand-delivering to the Procurement Department.
