Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 348 Ft Fence, 10' High Black Vinyl Coated Chain Link 189 Ton HMA, 36A 252 Ton HMA, 13A 1,903 Syd Aggregate Base, 8 inch 1 LSU M Pavilion Bids will be received for a single prime Contract: Transition Center Recreation Area, 2300513 Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the Owner or any employee of the Bidder and any member of the Board of Education or the Superintendent of GISD. The Board of Education will not accept a Bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. Each bid must also be accompanied by a signed statement certifying that the Contractor is not an Iran Linked Business. Each bid must also be accompanied by a signed Safety Affidavit by the Contractor. The Board of Education will not accept a Bid that does not include this signed statement. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Plans and specifications will not be mailed/e-mailed until payment is received. The non-refundable fee shall be by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover accepted) or in check form and shall be drawn payable to ROWE Professional Services Company. Bidding documents must be purchased from the Engineer. Bids submitted on forms obtained anywhere besides the office of ROWE Professional Services Company will not be accepted. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Genesee Intermediate School District, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner.
