Contractor must have and be able to demonstrate a minimum of five (5) of successful experience completing the same or similar projects and/or scopes of work. 2. Contractor must have a minimum of three (3) years of familiarity with MCC main campus. 3. Contractor will assign a competent project manager who has full authority to act for the Contractor and who will be MCC's primary point of contact and coordination during the execution of the project. 4. Each basin (new and existing) have been labeled on Appendix B that is attached to this ITB. 5. Basin "A" has an existing connection to Basin "B" - clean this line to assure flow from A to B. 6. Basin "A" is an existing drainage structure - clean out silt from existing structure. 7. Basin "B" is an existing drainage structure - clean out silt from structure, install two (2) new horsepower sump pump in existing structure, install new 2" pvc sump line underground from Basin"B' to Basin "C", add new 4" x 4" treated post with power receptacle adjacent to Basin "B" for new sump pump power connection, connect receptacle into the electrical panel inside the FLC building. 8. Basin "C," install new 24" x 36" plastic sump basin with lid, receive pumped 2" pvc line from Basin "B", install new gravity pitched 4" pvc pipe from Basin "C" to existing drain "D," connect to Basin "D." 9. Inside the North side basement: cut concrete floor and install 24" x 30" new plastic sump basin "F" with lid, cut 10' along wall (east and west) of the new basin and install 4" drain tile with sock and backfill with pea stone, install 6 mil visqeen and reinstall the concrete around the basin and over the tile trench area. Install a new power outlet for plugging in sump pump, install new 1 horsepower sump pump, install "2" pvc sump discharge line with check valve from Basin "F" up overhead and connect to internal storm pipe that leads to Basin "E." 10. Inside the South side basement: cut concrete floor and install 24" x 30" new plastic sump Basin "G" with lid, cut 10' along wall (east and west) of the new basin and install 4" drain tile with sock and backfill with pea stone, install 6 mil visqeen and reinstall the concrete around the basin and over the tile trench area. Install a new power outlet for plugging in sump pump, install new 1 horsepower sump pump, install 2" pvc sump discharge line with check valve from Basin "G" - Core wall, run drain underground to Basin "B," patch and seal the wall penetration. 11. The work is to be performed during traditional work hours. Traditional hours of work are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM E.S.T. Service Providers who need to operate outside of this period must receive prior approval from the Project Manager at least twenty-four hours in advance to allow for the notification of the appropriate personnel at MCC. The Project Manager must be notified in advance if there are any additional costs associated with a request to work outside of traditional work hours. 12. The Service Provider, its subcontractors, and agents will abide by all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations related to fair labor practices, prohibiting discrimination in employment, and controlling workplace safety.
