The School District of Manatee County operates a wide variety of outdoor power equipment essential to day to day operations. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a pre-qualified list of suppliers to provide routine maintenance, parts, and services. Routine maintenance is currently performed by the District, however service may be requested from awarded contractor(s). The District intends to award this solicitation to all responsive and responsible bidders. It is anticipated that the bidder(s) who propose the best pricing may be utilized in a larger capacity, however the District may choose any awarded supplier to provide these services that best meets its needs. This may include but is not limited to pricing, availability, etc. Specifications and the quality standards of service set forth in this bid. Contract Value: No guarantee is given or implied as to the total dollar value of this bid. NOTE: The Contractor must agree that during a declared disaster situation that any bid items with a markup will be billed at actual cost without any mark-up permitted.
