(on-site) - Provide all labor, materials and equipment to provide the specified services - All services shall meet the NETA Standard for Maintenance Testing Specifications and OEM requirements - Testing of equipment to make sure it works as designed - Cleaning of equipment shall be completed to ensure the unit is free of dust & dirt and to properly lubricate - Test reports shall be provided for all equipment serviced - Workmanship warranted for one (1) year from the date of service - Provide new unused equipment - Provide engineering services Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: two, one year renewal The following licenses and certifications shall be held and kept current by the Contractor at all times during the life of the contract.
