Reference Number 0000333230 Design services for Escondido Public Library Critical Infrastructure and Modernization Project needs. The Escondido Library located at 239 S Kalmia St, Escondido, CA 92025 ("Library") was originally constructed in 1980. The Library is a 2-story structure and has served as a vital community hub for decades. However, several critical building systems are now in a state of approaching their useful life. These systems include the HVAC and related ductwork system, clerestory glazing and thermoplastic polyolefin ("TPO") roof, electrical system, restrooms, and the parking lot. These issues necessitate immediate attention to ensure the Library continues to meet the needs of its patrons effectively.
