The elevator is currently offline following flooding. The elevator is original and is in a condition requiring attention prior to a return to operations. The budget for this project is: $500,000. Mart Seeks to receive the maximum amount of quality repairs and modernization for this value. Bidders are strongly encouraged to propose repairs that maximize the use of funds without exceeding the budget in their proposal. Bidders are asked to review the elevator and prioritize repairs based on condition and highest return on investment. The elevator is to be made safe and operational. A. Bid: Bidders shall include all labor, fees, material, and other associated burdens when submitting a price for the prosed scope of work. Work is deemed completed when the elevator has been inspected and is fit for operation. 1. Bidders shall coordinate with inspectional services, MART Building Maintenance and other parties as necessary as the project nears completion to ensure the elevator is made operational at the earliest opportunity and can be returned to service for the public's use. .
