The Town of Burlington is soliciting bids for the above-named project. These Standard Instructions to Bidders are a part of the bid package for the Burlington Fire Department Station 1, Window and Door Replacement Project. The Town of Burlington is seeking bids for an appropriate and qualified vendor to remove and replace (22) awning Style Windows, (12) Double Hung Style Windows, (1) Exterior Steel Door, and (1) Aluminum Entrance door, windows, hardware all incorporated. The Burlington Fire Department Station 1, Window and Door Replacement Project is expected to be completed within 90 days of bid approval. Pending availability of Product. The right is reserved to reject all, or any part thereof, of all bids or proposal when such action is deemed in the best interest of the Town in its sole discretion.
