In accordance with the Construction Documents, Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services to construct a 1,206 SF Geography Laboratory on the Second Floor of Phelps Hall in room 2533. The lab will consist of a dry lab for analyzing data and team meetings, both in person and virtual, and a sediment lab, that will be used to sort, sample test, and then store soil samples obtained. This project will include modifications to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection Devices, access controls, ADA renovation of the men's bathroom, elevator signage, and water fountain modifications.
