Municipal Building IT Generator all in accordance with specifications on file in the office of the Director of Public Works. The project includes installation of owner supplied natural gas powered generator and automatic transfer switch, including electrical, mechanical, natural gas piping, concrete pad, wooden fence, and other items of work as indicated. A Contract and Bid Bond, a Certified Check, or a Bank Cashiers Check, in the Sum of Five Per Cent (5%) of the Bid, Payable to the City of Kenosha as a Guarantee That if the Bid is Accepted, a Contract Will Be Entered Into and Its Performance Properly Secured Within Fifteen (15) Days of the Award of Contract. Should Any Bid Be Rejected, Such Check Will Be Forthwith Returned to the Bidder, and Should Any Bid Be Accepted, Such Check Will Be Returned Upon the Timely and Proper Execution And Securing of the Contract. In Case the Successful Bidder Shall Fail to Execute the Contract and Performance Bond, the Amount of the Bid Bond or Check Shall Be Forfeited to the City as Liquidated Damages. The City of Kenosha reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid considered most advantageous to the City of Kenosha.
