Time is of the essence in this Contract, and work is to proceed as rapidly as possible, commensurate with good workmanship. C. Contractor shall pay for any temporary utilities. D. Contractor to lay out the work with exact locations and elevations as shown in the Drawings. E. All of the Site facilities existing structures, and improvements shall be protected from damage by the Contractor.
