Reference Number 0000332448 This bid is for a AV system to be installed at White Oak High School. *Onslow County Schools reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive any informality in the process and, unless otherwise specified by the offeror, to accept any item in the quote. If either a unit price or extended price is obviously in error and the other is obviously correct, the incorrect price will be disregarded. Onslow County Schools (OCS) requests proposals for the procurement and installation of a new Audio/Visual system in the Cultural Arts (CA) auditorium at White Oak High School. Audio System As a point of comparison, OCS requests a wall-mount rack-enclosed sound system that meets or exceeds the functional specifications of the following components: a.) One (1) digital mixer equivalent to an Ashly mXA-1502; b.) Two (2) speakers equivalent to Ashly AW8.2T+W in white; c.) One (1) professional Bluetooth audio receiver; d.) One (1) CD/Media Player with Bluetooth/USB/SD/Aux and AM/FM Tuner (1U rack-mountable) e.) Two (2) wireless handheld microphones; f.) Two (2) wireless lavalier microphones; g.) Any necessary HDMI splitters, HDMI audio extractors, cables, antenna distribution systems, or rack mount kits/materials; h.) Capability for user access via a mobile device or laptop. The sound system should be a multi-zone system so that each side of the room can be used independently or together. Wall-plate HDMI connections to the rack should be installed and located on the rear wall on each side of the dividing wall. Projection System The solution should include two (2) recessed projection screens and (2) ceiling-mounted projectors - one of each to cover both sides of the room. (The room has two sides, so there will be one projector and one screen per side.) Each projector should be a minimum of 6K lumens, and each screen should be a minimum of 189 inches diagonal. All materials to ceiling-mount the projectors and screens should be included. The owner will be responsible for removing stage lighting to allow for installation.
