Audio System As a point of comparison, OCS requests a wall-mounted swing rack sound system that meets or exceeds the functional specifications of the following components: a.) One (1) digital mixer; b.) One (1) digital signal processor; c.) Two (2) 15" Apogee molded trap speakers; d.) One (1) professional Bluetooth audio receiver; e.) One (1) CD/Media Player with Bluetooth/USB/SD/Aux and AM/FM Tuner (1U rack-mountable) f.) Two (2) wireless handheld microphones; g.) Two (2) wireless lavalier microphones; h.) Any necessary HDMI splitters, HDMI audio extractors, cables, antenna distribution systems, or rack mount kits/materials; Speakers will be located at the same of the current speakers and the wall-mounted rack will be installed in the same as the old rack. Vendor will be responsible for removing existing speakers and installing new speakers as well as for removing the old rack. Owner will be responsible for supplying power to the projector and screen locations. Owner will also be responsible for ensuring power is available at the rack location. Projection System The solution should include one (1) new 226-inch diagonal screen and a 13K lumens rear projector. The screen will be surface mounted as needed with proper black drop to get the viewing area of the screen below the hanging lights. The projector will be installed in a wall-mounted swing rack on the rear wall of the stage for protection and accessibility. An HDMI connection should be located at the front of the stage with an audio breakout to go to the sound system. The HDMI cable should be routed into the sound cabinet for audio extraction and then HDMI will leave the sound cabinet to the projector. There should be a wall-mounted low voltage switch to raise/lower the screen as necessary.
