Contractor agrees to provide the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) Santa Cruz District on-call, as needed, tree trimming and hazard tree removal service at any park unit in the District. Contractor shall provide all expertise, labor, tools, equipment, travel expenses, traffic control, personnel safety gear to perform tree service. A minimum of 6% DVBE Participation is required for this solicitation. The contract term for this agreement is November 1, 2023 (or upon DPR approval, whichever is later) through November 1, 2026 (or three years from contract approval, whichever is later). It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure that their bid/proposal arrives at the designated location before the specified due date and time. The apparent low bidder will be required to execute a contractual agreement in the form of a "Standard Agreement - Form 213" which shall be binding upon the State of California only upon approval by the State.
