Inclusive of removal and disposal of all unused materials, debris, and garbage associated with this project scope Supply and delivery of all materials and specified playground structures to site Installation of sediment cloth and drain rock material as appropriate for drainage Installation of all specified playground structures in accordance with applicable safety requirements as set out in CAN/CSA-Z614-20 and Annex H Supply and installation of complete rubberized safety surface in accordance with playground and safety requirements, meeting current Children Play Space and Equipment CAN/CSA-Z614-20 and Annex H Supply and install manufactured or concrete borders as appropriate to complete the installation (the existing curbing in area #2 is preferred to be maintained and reused) Site restoration and repairs to surrounding area incurred during the construction phase Price not to exceed $175,000 inclusive of all applicable taxes Price to include as many of the following, but is not limited to the below items (alternate items may be considered if equivalent in quality and purpose) Gliders: one lower for primary and one higher for older students (Grades 4 to 5) Climbing structures: e.g., rope climbing tree, webs Balancing stones, boulders, logs Swings: tireSaucer Teeter totter (the existing ones in playground #1 likely need to be removed) Slides Most popular requests were for climbing structures This proposal is open to other options and is not limited to the above.
