The Township of Spallumcheen (ToS) has formed a partnership with the Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) and The Okanagan Indian Band to deliver a regional wastewater recovery project. The Township of Spallumcheen will be the Owner for the purposes of this work. Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), the Township of Spallumcheen, here after referred to as the "Township" or the "Owner", invites Proposals for the construction of the wastewater collection system for Phase 1 of the North Okanagan Wastewater Recovery Project (NOWRP). Construction includes approximately 22.5 km of mainline installation (7.6 km force main and 14.9 km gravity), highway and rail crossings and connections to adjacent properties. This RFP applies to and governs the preparation of Proposals for the Contract listed above. The Contract is generally for the following work: A collection system area for the Township and RDNO Areas 'B' and 'C' that includes: 7400 m of Gravity and Force Main Piping - Open Trench Installation in a Roadway 400 m of Gravity and Force Main Piping - Open Trench Installation not in a Roadway 6100 m of Gravity and Force Main Piping - Directional Drilling Installation in a Roadway 3200 m of Gravity and Force Main Piping - Directional Drilling Installation not in a Roadway Manholes, air release valves, service connections and appurtenances 4 Lift Stations, 4 Highway Crossings, 3 Rail Crossings, and On site connections to the Swan Lake RV Resort Documents can be obtained from https://urbansystems.bidsandtenders.ca/
