The City of Basehor is requesting a lump sum proposal from individuals interested in the removal and replacement of 4,407 Lf. of concrete curb panels along the following sections of roadway. Pin Oaks Subdivision 1,125 Lf. Lazy-Back Curb Exhibit 1a and 1b. Creek Ridge Subdivision 712 Lf. Lazy-Back Curb Exhibit 2a and 2b. 155th St. South of State Ave. Round-a-bout 405 Lf. Lazy-Back Curb Exhibit 3a and 3b 155th St. South of State Ave. 2,165 Lf. High-Back Curb Exhibit 3a and 3c General Information 1. These curbs are located in the ROW of property owned by the City of Basehor. 2. The curb panels have been inspected by city staff and painted with a white paint showing sections to be removed and replaced. 3. A location reference sheet along with the corresponding map detailing our locations is provided with this RFP as Exhibits. 4. Concrete for curb panel replacement must meet City of Basehor Technical Specification Public Improvements section 2004 Concrete Mix Table 2005-1 stating mix KCMMB 4K AE. Steel will be required for the curb panels. 5. Curb panels to be removed may be disposed of at 2300 N. 158th St. Basehor, KS 66007. 6. Backfilling of curbs will be completed by City of Basehor. Firms will be required to obtain and maintain a valid City Business License. A Professional Service Agreement (PSA) will be executed between the city and selected contractor prior to project proceeding.
