The Project includes the following Work: In 2022, Basehor created a Pavement Inventory and Management Report designed to inventory the city's existing streets and recommend a 5-year rehabilitation plan. Each year a complete list of neighborhoods slated for street maintenance work is generated by the City, and streets are designated, but not limited to the following treatments: . Microsurfacing (PressurePave or approved equal) . Milling and Overlay . Pavement Patching and Repair . Curb & Gutter Replacement . Sidewalk Replacement . ADA Ramp Construction The 2023 Pavement Rehabilitation Project includes the following neighborhoods: o Pinehurst East o Prairie Garden o Prairie Lake (North) o Willow to Hickory o Falcon Lake (Northeast) The segments designated for rehabilitation have been assessed and items in need of repair have been marked with paint and the corresponding approximate locations are shown and quantified on the plans. Exact location and limits of replacement or patching will be directed by the engineer or representative from the City.
