The City of Basehor is requesting a lump sum proposal from individuals interested in the removal and replacement of five (5) ft. and eight (8) ft. wide sidewalk panels along the following sections of roadway. Basehor Boulevard North side of roadway from 155th St. going East--163 Lf of 5 Ft. Panels. Basehor Boulevard South side of roadway from 155th St. going East--181 Lf of 8 Ft. Panels. General Information 1. These sidewalks are located in the ROW of property owned by the City of Basehor. 2. The sidewalk panels have been inspected by city staff and painted with a white "X" showing to be removed and replaced. Firms will be required to obtain and maintain a valid City Business License. Interested parties are advised that all equipment, labor, and materials needed to perform the removal & replacement of the sidewalk panels is the sole responsibility of the successful respondent. The City reserves the right to reject any, all, or part of proposals received and to waive any informalities.
