West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors ("BOG") located in Morgantown, West Virginia ("WVU" or "University") is initiating this Request for Bids ("RFB") from qualified, experienced, and licensed contractors for a multiyear agreement regarding exterior power washing and window cleaning of multiple buildings at the WVU Tech campus located at 507 S Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV 25801. Cutoff for Questions: Date: October 16, 2023 Time: 12:00 pm EST COMMUNICATIONS - The bid/proposal process is highly controlled. To protect the integrity of the process, any questions or clarifications regarding this Request for Bid/Proposal must be handled through the Department of Procurement, Contracting, & Payment Services. SUBSTANTIAL AND FINAL COMPLETION - The Contractor shall achieve Substantial and Final Completion of the entire Work as calculated or indicated below. The date of issuance of the West Virginia University's Notice to Proceed and/or Contact shall be used to calculate Substantial and Final Completion if contract time stated below is in number of calendar days. Year One (2024) Start Date May 6, 2024. Final Completion shall be June 30, 2024. Year Two (2025) Start Date May 6, 2025. Final Completion shall be June 30, 2025. Year Three (2026) Start Date May 6, 2026. Final Completion shall be June 30, 2026.
