The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13. Place of Performance: Hunter Homes VA Medical Center 1201 Broad Rock Blvd. Richmond VA 23249. Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be a base plus 4 option year periods beginning on 18 Oct 2023 - 30 Sept 2024 in strict accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
