The City of Prague is accepting bids for the replacement of the roof on the Senior Citizen's Center located at 615 Ayars Avenue, Prague Oklahoma. Specifications: This is a colored metal roof. A new 26-gauge colored metal roof system and trim, color to match existing roof as closely as possible, will be installed according to current codes with breathable closure strips for ventilation and new roof jacks or flashing around the penetrations for a watertight seal. The contractor will be responsible for all materials and labor, cleaning up and hauling off all trash and disposing of old roofing materials. Contractors must be registered with the State of Oklahoma and the City of Prague as a roofing contractor and are responsible for obtaining a roofing permit through the city. The City of Prague reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Specifications: This is a colored metal roof.
