Reference Number 0000331070 The West Beaver Creek Boulevard Bridge within the Town of Avon was constructed in 1979 and spans the Eagle River in Eagle County, Colorado. The bridge is situated within the town's Right-Of-Way and carries an ADT of 3,203 as of 2017. This rehabilitation project is proposed to address all items identified in the Maintenance Activity Summary of the most recent CDOT Structure Inspection and Inventory Report to improve structure rating from Fair to Good. The design should meet all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards. The bridge is located between Avon Elementary School and the intersection of US6 and West Beaver Creek Boulevard. The bridge is 90' in length and has a curb-to-curb width of 28' with an overall width of 36.5' including an attached recreation path and separating parapet wall to the east. The CDOT Structure Inspection and Inventory Report by Benesch dated 06/14/2022 gave the bridge a sufficiency rating of 72.6.
